Just GoD things...
Ragefire is 1 week into GoD and Yeti is cruising along. Most of our members have cleared the Tipt trial. We've knocked out Ikkinz 1-3 Raids. We had a near flawless Uqua run. All of this on a 3 night a week raid schedule. It's not too late to join in on the fun with us.
Gates of Discord is coming soon to Ragefire. Yeti is ready. We've been farming Plane of Time for 5 months now and its Time is up. We want fresh challenges. With those fresh challenges we also want fresh faces. If you are looking for a guild that progresses at a fast pace, even with only a three night a week raid schedule, then Yeti is the guild for you. We have immediate raid openings for priests and caster dps. Other classes have openings as well. Click that Apply button and become a Yeti today.
The dream is real boys & girls, Yeti has conquered the Plane of Time in era #3 on the server, on a casual raiding schedule. All of the Yetis have done an exemplary job on our journey, executing to the best of their abilities no matter the obstacle. Make no mistake, Time did present a challenge to Yeti unlike we have seen in quite a while, but a welcome challenge because the Yetis were getting bored playing with lesser Gods. In many ways it was refreshing to get knocked down, just so we could get up again and claim a sweet victory. After all, revenge is best served cold, and Yetis like the cold.
And so, with Quarm on Farm (tm) we look to continue improving our teamwork on raids, get geared up, and look forward to the next expansion where Yeti will hit the ground running with nothing standing in our way. So, if you're looking for a guild that gets things done on a casual raid schedule, you know where to find us. Now is a great time to rejoin the server and catch up with us in the Plane of Time. We'll be here for a minute or two.
Yeti's been droppin hammers since way back in 2016, in fact, we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary on July the 12th! I can think of no better gift to ourselves than a trip to the Plane of Time! But take note Yetis, this ain't no vacation! There is work yet to be done! One final milestone lies before us in the Planes of Power. Our goal all along has been to complete content in era while maintaining a casual raid schedule, and Yeti is proving that not only can it be done, but it can be done with surprising efficiency, one shotting content that others have been unable to. And the best part? This is only the beginning!
So here's to you Yetis, we'll see you in Time! Now roll that beautiful God footage!
Welcome to the Elemental Planes Yeti!
We've been busy little Yetis the past few weeks! We entered in to the Planes of Power with a bang, making quick work of Agnarr with our heads up eager for the next target. Before we knew it, Yeti had made quite a mess of the planes, corpses of the Gods strewn throughout. All the Yetis have worked so hard to get here, makin it happen every raid. We're happy to report that we've made it this far with ZERO wipes: doin it up Yeti style raiding 3 nights a week while still completing content at a competitive rate. Told ya to put Quarm on warning. Believe us now?
Run Hookups run! Life is like a box of chocolates if you don't get struck by lightning first!
I could have solo'd this hunk of steel, but I let my friends help from a distance.
Rallos Zek the Warlord!
Stop tickling us with your axe bro!
I swear there was a dragon here before we arrived.
Halls of Honor Trials!
Gnomes > Dragons. Yetis also tend to fair well.
Mithaniel Marr, the Second Greatest Paladin to have ever Lived
I warned them that he hit like a Paladin....they didn't listen.
Pictured above (left to right): Solusek Ro wishing he never met Yeti.
Wrappin Luclin, on to the Planes!
We've been super busy the past couple weeks! After our Emperor kill we promptly entered Vex Thal and worked our way to our first Aten Ha Ra kill, another milestone for Yeti! We also went and cleaned up the Khati Sha event and continue to farm Vex Thal for all the new loots it has to offer.
Now we shift our focus to the Planes! We started with Trials, Hedge, and Bastion of Thunder flagging, and wrapped our pre-work up with a couple Xanamech kills.
Someone put Quarm on warning. Yeti is coming.
After months of hard work and perserverence, we finally got our shot at the Emperor a week out from Planes of Power launch. And we did more than open up a window on his ass. This was a fight that exemplified the coordination and teamwork that Yeti is capable of when put to the ultimate test. A win or go home moment, and we knocked it out of the park. There was zero margin for error, and everyone performed their roles flawlessly to secure this kill. To top it off, this would have been a flawless kill (NO tank deaths!) with the exception of one lowly beastlord who still thinks he's a DPS class.
No one else thought we were capable of handling this fight, let alone on our first attempt, but we knew you guys had it in you.
Welcome to Vex Thal, Yetis! :eggplant:
Ask me no more questions
A brave band of Yetis defeated the Lord Inquisitor Sunday evening! 1 pull, 1 kill, as Yetis are known to do. Although his sword was long, and his stun was real, half of this battle took place before we even zoned in. Shout out to everyone that put in the effort to skill their smithing in the lead up to this kill, and the unwaivering resolve of everyone that helped farmed saps, dusts, and more!
P.S. Cyrick, I thought we told you to keep your damn cat in a cage during raids! Now we got downward facing dog cat butt in our photo op!
Yeti continues progressing in Luclin as we are given the opportunity. We're excited for what lies ahead. If you're not a Yeti today, you could be tomorrow. Join us in our grand adventure where we push the limits on what a 3 day a week raid guild can accomplish!
Yeti is doing great things. Really great things. Making the best deals. Everyone knows it.
We've been clearing our rotation targets, getting orbs for VT keys into the raid and focusing our KEYS! EMP and VT are very important and everyone has been putting in great work to get ready for the upcoming content. Keep up the good work everyone. Keep raiding, keep keying, keep being a yeti!
P.S. Velrae requested a status update.
Great job on AoW Yeti!
Yeti is at it again with a few more guild firsts! Shei Vintras one shot!
Arch Lich one shot! Great work everyone.
Last update Yeti's were starting in NTOV, this update they've cleared all of it! All the Lords and Ladies were defeated in a timely fashion, as well as Vulak! Raids ran 10 or 15 minutes over, but the effort was well worth it. Now Yeti will be entering into rotations for NTOV and other top content! Exciting times ahead. Glory pics to follow. Remember the days of dragon slaying everyone, we won't be looking at dragons forever!
Open the doors for the ladies...
Then there's this little guy.. Great work all!~
Thanks again to everyone who has put in a lot of work helping eachother to get us this far. Keep it up, be a Yeti!
Yeti: Enter Stage Left
We've been standing just off stage for a while now. Quietly (for the most part), going about our business, practicing our lines. Building Yeti from the ground up, progressing on increasingly challenging targets, earning the respect of our peers here on Ragefire. And now, Yeti's role in this play has arrived. The past month has been a whirlwind of progress, with new mobs dying every week, if not every raid! But, this all sort of culminated last night, with our first NToV kills: Lord Feshlak and Dagarn the Destroyer.
Welcome to NToV ladies and gents! Yetis belong in the North. I think we'll stay here a while.
Disclaimer: Lots of juicy kill pics below.
Not Pictured: Doomshade, The Progenitor, Eashen of the Sky, Ikatiar the Venom, Narandi the Wretched, and probably other poor souls that met Yeti on the field of battle.

It's never to late to be a Yeti! We know Yetis come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. We won't hold it against you. We may only raid 3 nights a week, but we highly value that time, and get down to business when we do raid! Come do more with less. Never Settle. Be a Yeti.
Yetis are Thankful
This holiday season, Yetis have lots to be thankful for. Thankful for all of our cool Yeti friends, well insulated beverage holding devices, and plenty of Dragon Meat for our Yeti Thanksgiving feast! Wimpy hunters always complain about dragging a deer out of the woods after a kill. Try dragging one of these bad boys out of the ass crack of Western Wastes....Yetis don't complain, Yetis are simply thankful.
Well ok, there is ONE thing that we aren't thankful for. Apparently if Phinius misses ONE raid, the whole guild falls apart and can't take a half decent picture! I usually tell people to face outward from the head on a dragon kill. I guess Liddan asked everyone to look in random directions in these shots? Flawless execution: 10/10. In an attempt to improve these shots, I replaced Liddan with a particularly handsome shot of Phinius so we had at least ONE person facing the camera.
ANYWAYS! More Yeti firsts. Dragon kills. "For the ladies."
Happy Thanksgiving to all! More to come.
So Much Space for Activities!!
Ahhh Luclin. We've waited so long for you to arrive and you've somehow lived up to your expectations! The AA grind is real, and we're having a blast getting out there and grouping again! We've got a new mountain of tasks to complete as well with the two major key quests to the Emporers Chambers and Vex Thal. And to top it off, we've seen a server resurgence I don't think anyone could have quite predicted. We're happy to see new and familar faces alike, back in Norrath.
We're still waiting for our opportunity to get in on some of the jucier Luclin raid targets, but we still have so much to do in Velious as well! Nearly every week so far it seems we have knocked off another Yeti first! We continue to grow and tackle more and more difficult targets! This update, however, features two dead dragons, and a little King named Dain.
Dozekar actually took his dirt nap last week for the first time - shortly after our KT kill. He put up a good fight, it was a true battle of attrition challenging our DPS to bring him down before our Clerics ran out of mana! But no, our Necros said! These here Clerics shall not run out of mana! And so they did not, and the beast fell. Excellent team work and adaptation mid fight, this is what Yetis are made of!
More recently however, we decided to knock of the final two lords of Velious. Little Dain and Lord Yelinak. These fights were new for us not only in that we hadn't attempted them before, but also in that it threw a couple new mechanics in the mix for us to deal with! On Dain, a tank banish, and on Yelinak, a Mana Drain! As for Dain, the harder part may have been getting him pulled down the well, and Yelinak, well....we said who needs mana! Which frankly scared him silly. Two pulls, two kills. 100% Yeti.
So maybe you are asking yourself...just what IS Yeti Life like? Yeti life is glorious, friends. You only raid 3 nights a week, and have the rest of your Yeti life to spend as you please! But then there's also the people....
We aren't big fans of Humans around here, this is true. But what we learned today is, Natilyae really digs well defined calves. Step yo game up boys!
And then there was this. Rokyu usually ends up at the butt end of most of our jokes. But maybe he just likes it that way? That's ok. Yeti is accepting of everyone, even Rokyu.
There's a little Yeti in all of us. The only question is, are you ready to unleash the Yeti within and rain your icy fury down upon raid mobs with us?! Or you could heal said Yetis as they rain down icy fury. We like healers too.
